1. Pre A1 Starters 🌟
The "First Step" into English. This is the entry-level qualification. It is designed to make children feel comfortable with the language without the stress of a formal exam.

🏆 How the "Scoring" Works (The Shields)
Unlike adult exams (where you get a grade like B2 or C1), YLE exams use Shields.
- 1 to 5 Shields are awarded for each skill (Listening, Reading/Writing, and Speaking).
- The Logic: Every child receives shields. There is no such thing as "failing." This prevents children from feeling discouraged and motivates them to "collect" more shields in the next level.
